3. When breastfeeding, the composition of breast milk will actually change in response to your infant's needs. Milk will have a higher water content when the weather is hot. 

4. With breast cancer, early detection is critical. The American Cancer Society advises that a clinical breast exam be done every 3 years beginning at age 30. Annual screenings should begin at age 40. Between clinical exams, women should self-examine every month.
