North America PresidentDavid Georges has been a global business leader in Breast Imaging for the past twenty-five years, contributing to the introduction and substantial market growth of innovative products dedicated to the early detection of breast cancer including mammography, breast biopsy, computer aided detection, breast ultrasound and automated breast ultrasound. David has established manufacturing sites, supported luminary sites for new product introduction, and established physician and technologist training centers. He has held senior executive positions in companies such as Transworld, Lorad, Hologic, R2, SuperSonic Imagine, iVu and U-systems; the latter of which was purchased by GE.
Since joining Koning, David has led the effort to move the company from a Research and Development group to one that is prepared for commercializing Koning’s KBCT. David’s industry relationships have introduced opportunities to establish critically important luminary partners. With a knowledge of global distribution, David has expanded the Koning installation base to Thailand, Qatar, and Netherlands.
Lutao Ning

CEO US - Global Chief Operating OfficerLutao Ning holds an MBA from INSEAD and graduated magna cum laude from Duke University with a BSE in Biomedical Engineering and a Markets and Management Certificate. As a core member of the technology, media and telecom practice area of Boston Consulting Group, he has led case teams for major technology, medical device, and pharmaceutical clients in topics ranging from product development, organizational design, and corporate development. In 2013, he led the effort for the Board of Directors of Dell in the, then, largest take-private transaction in history.
Lutao has worked as an advisor to Koning in business strategies since its inception. His contributions formed the basis of the operations plan and financial forecast. He is now the CEO of Koning US and COO of Koning Global, where he is in charge of business operations, financing, human resources, government relations and regulatory approval.
Naomi Cosman

Global Head of MarketingNaomi Cosman is the Global Head of Marketing for Koning and was brought onto the Koning team to implement and direct a clear marketing strategy. She oversees all marketing initiatives including PR, social, creative, website, campaign creation and implementation, and more.
After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison early with a double major (Communications and French), Naomi received a Certificate of Integrated Marketing from NYU and a Certificate of Business from Harvard Business School. Naomi spent five years in a Fortune 500 company focusing on branding, brand alignment across teams, and campaign launches. She spent another five years working with various startups across multiple sectors, which ultimately led her to Koning Health.
Naomi works with the rest of Koning’s leadership to build on previous marketing work. She brings a unique perspective to the company with the goal of increasing Koning’s overall brand awareness, public outreach and communications - all in a way worthy of a revolutionary women’s healthcare company.
Matt Stack

Chief Financial OfficerMatthew Stack is the Chief Financial Officer at Koning Corporation. Matt’s prior experiences include managing acquisitions for a $120M corporate-led technology buyout fund in Palo Alto, as well as spending six years at The Boston Consulting Group in the Boston and New York offices, where he worked on projects in the Health Care, IT, Retail, Industrial Goods, and Strategy practice areas. Before BCG, Matt co-founded and invested in a healthcare software startup, a small electronics company, an advanced composites design firm, and a semiconductor distribution company that traded high performance semiconductor chips between Shenzhen, Tokyo, and Tecate. Matt has also served as the Director of Computational Science at Mars Corporation.
Matt holds a B.S.E. in electrical engineering from Princeton University. He is a benefactor and sponsor of the TEDx conference series, and has sponsored research at the Santa Fe Institute in New Mexico, the Strategy Institute in New York, MIT’s Broad Institute, the Highlands Forum, the University of Oxford, and the Department of Defense.
Jun Ren

Chief Investment OfficerJun Ren holds a Ph.D. in Operations Research and an MS in Finance in Investment and Banking from University of Wisconsin-Madison. He was the former Chief Asia Representative of The Institute of International Finance, and has built strong working and trusted consultative relationships with senior China government officials and financial regulators. Prior to that, he served on Wall Street for 15 years. As the SVP of Alternative Investment Group at AllianceBernstein, he co-managed the company’s most successful and sophisticated Global Diversified Hedge Funds with $7 billion under management.
Mr. Ren has gained extensive investment and financing experience in the IPO of Chinese companies. He has directly invested in or provided consultation to Global Cord Blood Corporation, Client Service International, ITAT, China Electric Power Hwaray Technology, Shangyi Shengshi Tech, and more. Mr. Ren has worked as a key advisor in Chinese financing since he joined Koning in 2020. He has helped Koning gain a reputation and relationship with Chinese investors, and worked on closing a crucial round of funding at the end of 2020. He is currently in charge of the planned IPO on the SSE STAR market.
Dr. Ruola Ning, PhD

Founder and Global ChairmanDr. Ruola Ning is a graduate of the University of Utah with an MS and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering. He is a Professor of Imaging Sciences, and Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of Rochester, and the inventor of over 80 issued patents for medical imaging technology. He has published and presented over 120 scientific papers at conferences and in peer reviewed journals and has accumulated over twenty years of experience in Cone Beam CT and has been awarded over $11 million in research grants from the National Institutes of Health at University of Rochester.
As a true visionary in his field, Dr. Ning has positioned Koning Corporation to become the commercial leader in Cone Beam CT Technology while continuing to lead his world renowned scientific team in Cone Beam CT research. Dr. Ning was the recipient of the Inventor of Year 2015 grant prize by The Rochester Intellectual Property Law Association (RIPLA). He holds an American Board of Radiology (ABR) Certificate in Diagnostic Radiologic Physics.

Dr. David Bodne

Dr. David Bodne received his BA in chemistry from Emory University. He attended University of South Florida in Tampa for Medical School and did his residency at University of Texas in Houston. Dr. Bodne has been in the radiology practice since 1993 as a general radiologist, developing a special interest in breast imaging in early 2000s after a relative was diagnosed with breast cancer. Since then, he has worked at a women’s imaging center in Fayetteville, developing breast MR and wireless localizations for a hospital system. He was also part of the development of a staged MR/mammography bracketing procedure with great results. Dr. Bodne has a humble curiosity that has defined his approach to medicine, and he believes that Breast CT is the next frontier to be explored and developed.
Dr. John Cutrone

Dr. John Cutrone is a graduate of NYU (BA, Biochemistry) and Baylor College of Medicine (MD). He completed dual residencies both in pathology and diagnostic radiology at Harbor – UCLA, under the tutelage of Dr.’s Larry Bassett, James Brenner and Nanett DeBruhl. Dr Cutrone has been a practicing breast radiologist for the past 25 years. He published numerous peer reviewed articles. His early research was instrumental in developing breast specific gamma imaging (BSGI) as well as ultrafast CT coronary angiography. Currently, Dr. Cutrone is the director of the breast center at St Francis/Emory Healthcare in Columbus, GA.
Dr. Richard Ha

Dr. Richard Ha is an associate professor of radiology and currently serves as the director of education and research in the division of breast imaging at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. His area of active breast cancer research is in clinical application of artificial intelligence, breast MRI, and new innovative techniques. Dr. Ha's research is supported by numerous grants including funding from the NIH and RSNA. He completed his fellowship in body and breast imaging at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center following a residency at Mount Sinai Hospital and University Washington School of Medicine.
Dr. Richard Reaven

Richard Reaven, MD earned his medical degree from Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine. After completing an internship at Greater Baltimore Medical Center, he completed residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Maryland, where he served as chief resident. Dr Reaven completed fellowships in Breast Imaging and MRI at the University of Maryland. Dr Reaven is a partner at Advanced Radiology in Maryland, and was recently appointed as Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland Medical Center.
Dr. Ioannis Sechopoulos

Prof. Sechopoulos is the chair of the Advanced X-ray Tomographic Imaging (AXTI; homophone of “action” in Dutch) lab at the Department of Medical Imaging and Anatomy of the Radboud University Medical Center, part-time Professor of Advanced X-ray Imaging Systems at the Multi-Modality Medical Imaging (M3i) group at the University of Twente, and Scientific Advisor of the Dutch Expert Center for Screening (LRCB). He obtained his Ph.D. from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia, performing research in the area of tomographic x-ray imaging of the breast at Emory University. Since then, his main area of research is the development of advanced x-ray-based imaging techniques, especially for breast cancer detection, diagnosis, and therapy response monitoring. Prof. Sechopoulos has performed extensive work in radiation dosimetry, x-ray scatter modeling and correction, image acquisition optimization and image reconstruction, processing, and analysis algorithm development for various x-ray imaging modalities. He also performs patient trials to assess the clinical performance of these and other novel imaging technologies. Lately, he has also performed several evaluation studies on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) for breast image interpretation, especially for screening. Prof. Sechopoulos is a member or chair of approximately 20 different tasks groups and committees of the American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM), the European Federation for Organization of Medical Physics (EFOMP), the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA), and the European Society of Breast Imaging (EUSOBI). He is a Deputy Editor of the journal Medical Physics and a member of the Editorial Board of the journal Radiology.
Dr. Kristina Siddall

Kristina Siddall, MD is President and Owner of Bayview Imaging, a company specializing in remote radiology interpretations including telemammography. She serves as Clinical Assistant Professor at Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine in Miami, Florida. A magna cum laude graduate of the Case Western Reserve School of Engineering and a graduate of the CWRU School of Medicine, Kristina completed her radiology residency and fellowship training at the University of Rochester Medical Center. She is an American Board of Radiology Volunteer and recently participated in the Angoff Standard-Setting for the Breast Certifying Exam. Her professional interests include new breast imaging technologies, medical student and resident teaching, elementary school science education and wildlife photography.
