3 HELPFUL APPS FOR WOMEN'S HEALTH
Women’s health has historically suffered from neglect and lack of funding. As technology is slowly catching up, an increasing amount of attention is being paid to the field. We are hopeful that this attention precedes significant innovation and improvement.
Here are 3 apps specifically designer to help women through different phases of life:
Clue
Clue track periods, ovulation & PMS. There are 30+ different tracking options to find out how your cycle affects things like mood, skin, energy levels and much more.
If you are on the pill, Clue can also remind you when to take it, tell you what to do if you miss a pill, let you know when your next period is due, and help you keep track of any side-effects or symptoms you may be experiencing.
You can import, export, or delete your data any time.
Pregnancy + by Philips Avent

MBC Connect
MBC Connect is a patient experience registry where you can share info about your diagnosis and treatment history to help advance research and get potential matches to clinical trials. It is a free, web and mobile-friendly tool for the estimated 155,000 men and women living with metastatic breast cancer in the U.S.
MBC Connect helps you store important information about your MBC disease history, experiences, as well as your quality of life. It also provides researchers and clinicians with a powerful database that can drive research, discoveries, and advances hoped for by so many in the MBC community. MBC Connect also provides you with the opportunity to reengage and keep your data updated in real time as your MBC experience changes. For instance, you can respond to simple surveys that capture information about who you are, your history with MBC, and your quality of life as an MBC patient.
The MBC Alliance is striving to improve the lives of, and outcomes for, those living with MBC and their families through increasing awareness and education about the disease, and advancing policy and strategic coordination of research funding.
